Adam Wilson brings over 20 years of global mining experience to his role as Chief Operating Officer at Gylden Resources.

With a background in Metallurgy and Project Management, his career spans senior leadership roles across Australia, Africa, North America, Papua New Guinea and the Middle East. He has led complex processing operations and built high-performing teams in both greenfield and brownfield environments.

Before joining Gylden, Adam held pivotal roles with AngloGold Ashanti, Newmont, Centamin and Barrick, overseeing multi-million-dollar processing facilities and delivering improvements in safety, metallurgical recovery and cost performance. He has managed large-scale plant upgrades, operational turnarounds, and transitions from care and maintenance to full production.
