Gylden’s experience and capability
Gylden Resources is a Western Australia-based gold company, operating in the Murchison gold district. Our Kirkalocka facilities process oxide, transitional and fresh ores for both internal production and regional campaigns. We focus on operational performance, responsible resource development, and transparent partnerships.

Adam Wilson

Adam Wilson brings over 20 years of global mining experience to his role as Chief Operating Officer at Gylden Resources. With a background in Metallurgy and Project Management, his career spans senior leadership roles across Australia, Africa, North America, Papua New Guinea and the Middle East. He has led complex processing operations and built high-performing teams in both greenfield and brownfield environments.
Before joining Gylden, Adam held pivotal roles with AngloGold Ashanti, Newmont, Centamin and Barrick, overseeing multi-million-dollar processing facilities and delivering improvements in safety, metallurgical recovery and cost performance. He has managed large-scale plant upgrades, operational turnarounds, and transitions from care and maintenance to full production.

Mike Tilley

Mike Tilley is an experienced company director and financial services executive. He has served as Independent Non-Executive Chairman of Latitude Financial Services since 2015. His executive career includes leading Challenger Financial Services Group as CEO and Managing Director from 2004 to 2008, and serving as Chairman and CEO of Merrill Lynch Australasia.
Mike has also held non-executive leadership positions with ASX-listed companies, including Orica, Hotel Property Investments and Tubi Ltd. He holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from Swinburne University and is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
